Line Work
 
The examiners set the line work, therefore it can be anything. Here are a few examples of recent floor work.
(You will notice some of these techniques are found within the new patterns!)
 
Ø Low Knife-Hand Guarding Block, Slip Front Foot, Circular Block Forwards.
 
Ø Double Forearm Block, Reverse Low Block Backwards.
 
Ø Double Turning Kick, Reverse Punch Forwards.
 
Ø Twin Horizontal Punch Backwards.
 
Ø Low Section, Middle Side Kick, Land In L Stance, Inward Knife-Hand Strike Forwards.
 
Ø U Shape Block (Po-Eun) Backwards.
 
Ø Jumping Turning Kick No Step, Then Pressing Block, Normal Speed Forwards.
 
Ø X Knife-Hand Block, Then L Stance, Single Upset Punch, Opposite Hand To Shoulder Backwards.
 
Ø Twist Kick, Double Punch Forwards.
 
Ø 9 Block Walking Stance Backwards.
 
Ø Jumping Spinning Back Kick, Then Wedging Block, Inner Forearm Walking Stance Backwards.

That the breaking requirements for ladies is one white board and two white boards for men.
